Adults $10 / limited income $5 / under 12 yrs. free
Kingo Lutheran Church, 1225 E. Olive St., Shorewood, WI 53211, accessibility available
One block north of Capitol Dr and on corner of Wilson Dr and Olive St.
Street parking is available and in lot on the south side of the Church,
which is where the entrance is as well.
5:30-6:30pm – Dinner and Entertainment
6:30pm – Annual Meeting
Annual report, vote on proposed Bylaw changes, discussion of our work in 2027, volunteer opportunities, election of Steering Committee, Volunteer of the Year award
Steering Committee:
We need a minimum of six Steering Committee members. So far, the following people wish to be elected: Jim Carpenter, Julie Enslow, Babette Grunow, Rita Maniotis, Pam Richard, Deb Slakes.
If you’d like to run as a candidate for our Steering Committee, you may step up at the Nov. 17th meeting. Steering Committee members meet once a month and guide the organization.
Volunteers needed!!
Help with setup and/or cleanup, work in the kitchen. Provide a large pot of chili (vegetarian or meat), desserts or apple cider.
