WNPJ Board membership….

You may be interested in becoming a member of the WNPJ board.

We are a diverse statewide Network founded 35 years ago! The effort of WNPJ is to educate, inform and maintain connections among our 96 group members as well as 98 individual members.

 We do this through a weekly e-newsletter, the website, several newsletters, 2 annual Assembly events, and monthly zoom calls.

The Board meets monthly for an hour and a half via zoom, usually the 4th Monday of the month. We could use help with all these things, ‘specially skills related to the website postings and social media – plus we need volunteer Board members doing outreach to invite new members into the Network.  Mentoring volunteers and work-study students from UW-MAdison would be a useful addition, too. What are you good at?

If you’re interested – please send a brief introduction of yourself to info@wnpj.org – and tell us why you’d like to be on the WNPJ BOARD!  We will have official ‘elections’ November 7th at our Fall Assembly (via zoom). We do ask you to be an individual member of WNPJ – or be the contact for one of our member groups. We do accept new Board member applications throughout the year.
