Annual UNA-USA Luncheon – Dane County

 UNA Dane will have its annual UN Day luncheon, Sunday October 25th, 12 noon – to 3 pm at the Holy Wisdom Monastery, 4200 Cty Rd M in Middleton. We want to use the date to honor and celebrate two past presidents of UNA Dane Linda Baumann and Barb Nichols who passed this year. Both were long time nurse educators and practitioners. To honor Linda and Barb and to educate ourselves we considered global health as a theme for the day. We are so very fortunate to have two nurse educators from UW Madison Karen Solheim and Katherine Collins who will be speaking on “the Growing Challenges to Global Public Health: Cultivating Resilience”.
