Diaspora Trauma Workshop – Milwaukee

Some wounds aren’t always visible, but they deserve space to be acknowledged, understood, and healed.

Join Muslim Women’s Coalitionfor an afternoon of thoughtful conversation and reflection as we explore the unique experiences of diaspora communities navigating moral injury, survivor’s guilt, collective grief, and the weight of witnessing suffering from afar. Together, we’ll learn from experienced mental health professionals and create space for connection, healing, and hope.

We’re also honored to partner with Nadiana Art Gallery, where attendees are encouraged to experience “Our Shared Stories” – an exhibition exploring movement, memory, and identity, through personal and ancestral narratives.
