Lanterns for Peace Annual Event with PSR – Madison

Physicians for Social Responsibility Wisconsin will hold its annual Lanterns for Peace event on Thursday, August 6, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., to honor the victims of the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings. At a time when nuclear-armed nations are engaged in conflict around the world, this gathering offers an opportunity to remember those who were lost and reflect on the lasting human and environmental consequences of nuclear war.
This family-friendly gathering invites our community to reflect, create, and commit to a future free from the threat of nuclear weapons. The event includes:
