Urge your Senators to support. S.Con.Res. 100 - a resolution that calls for the establishment of a U.S. Truth, Racial Healing, and Transformation Commission

Throughout this past year, UNA-USA has stepped up the fight for racial justice. From organizing in our own communities, to advocating to our Members of Congress, to making our voices heard at the Human Rights Council. UN advocates across the U.S. have stood up to make our message clear: America needs concrete actions to address racial discrimination and injustice. Now it's time to make our message even clearer. Together, we can build on the progress we’ve made in our fight for racial justice.

Recently, Senator Cory Booker introduced S.Con.Res.100. Our flawed systems, built on oppression and deeply rooted in racism, are currently on display for the world to see. If passed, this resolution will complete a long overdue step in our fight against racial injustice. Most notably, this resolution will mark a turning point in our nation’s history by establishing a commission that reflects the principles and processes that the UN has advocated for since its founding 75 years ago.
