... is an experiential gathering offering participants opportunities to learn, apply, and share practices that support personal and social transformation.
 All are welcome and the gathering is offered free of charge!
We meet most months on the second Friday of the month
from 9:30am to 11:30am
at the Madison Central Library.

Exploring and Restoring the heart of an activist: Writing and mindful movement
Our work in the world can wear us down. Join us for an opportunity to explore the landscape of your activist life and to refresh your heart, mind, and body using writing and gentle movement accessible to all.

Parking is usually available in the nearby Overture Ramp.
