Come to the Fall Assembly

We are excited to be celebrating our 25th year of work towards the realization of a peaceful, just, and sustainable world at this Fall's Assembly taking place Saturday, October 15th in Madison! We will take a look back with a panel discussion of our history as we Honor our Past and Vision our Future. We will honor our past board members, staff, and volunteers. We will present our Lifetime Achievement Award to Steve Braunginn, one of our original co-chairs. We invite you all to join us for this very special celebration! Please go to wnpj.org for more information about the Fall Assembly. You can indicate your interest and share our Facebook event and buy your tickets at Eventbrite. Don't forget to mark your calendars and expect a call!

Become a Board or Committee Member

The WNPJ Board held its retreat last weekend and are very excited about this past year's activities and, in addition to everything else the network is doing, are looking forward to continuing the outreach and member engagement in the Racial Justice Tipping Point around the state.

We invite you to consider becoming more involved in WNPJ by become a Board member. Board members not only guide and strengthen WNPJ, but also contribute towards the broader movements for peace, justice, and sustainability. Not ready to be a Board member? Join a committee and help the Board carry out the various activities needed. We currently have the following organizational committee: board development, events, fundraising, communications, and the Racial Justice Tipping Point. Let Z! know that you are ready to take the next step by emailing them at zh@wnpj.org.

Fall 2016 Newsletter

You can find the newest newsletter online where, in addition to articles submitted by member groups, Judy Miner, staff at WNPJ from 2003-2013, has compiled a nice reflection and Z!, WNPJ's current Organizer, provides an update on the Racial Justice Tipping Point Campaign.

Tabling Opportunity

Lastly, WNPJ will again have a table at Fighting Bob Fest in Madison on Saturday, September 17th. You are welcome to send a volunteer with literature to take a tabling shift. Let Dace know who will be there by sending her an email at office@wnpj.org.
